Therapy for the Curious Person

You are seeking therapy that goes deep, stays real, and honors the whole person. I work with people who want to better understand themselves—not just to analyze the past, but to feel more alive and connected in the present.

Individual Therapy

You want to understand yourself so that whatever patterns are disrupting your life can be figured out, and you can make conscious decisions rather than repetitive ones that control you.

Whether it’s relationships, anxiety, codependence, or other struggles in life, you are tired of the same old story. Let’s work together to bring your patterns and tendencies forward so that you can feel in control of your next moves in life.

Sibling relationships are complicated and deserve more attention than they receive in therapy. Let's unpack the importance of these relationships on our well-being.

Therapy for adult families who are interested in exploring long standing patterns which hinder relational growth. Explore joy and connection possibilities.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a supportive environment where you can learn many relational skills beneficial to all social interactions in your life.

Enhance your therapeutic work by unblocking parts of yourself which are stuck in repetition and hindered by anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and more. Many clients are interested in KAP treatment and the benefits it can often lend to our traditional work.

A little info on therapy…

Therapy is supposed to feel scary. You are taking the risk to open up and allow yourself to know more about what you want and who you are.

Therapy is an opportunity to become a lifelong learner about yourself — not in isolation, but within the systems that shape you. Family, culture, relationships, and environment all leave their imprint on who we become.

From an early age we are taught to be aware of others and to respond to the world around us. What we are rarely taught is how to understand ourselves within that context. Developing self-awareness is not selfish; it is what allows us to participate more thoughtfully and authentically in our relationships and communities.

There are many forms of therapy with many purposes. I approach therapy with an analytic lens, an understanding of the importance of somatic work, and an openness to experiential and psychedelic work.
