Individual Therapy
The biggest predictor of change in therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. Let’s find out together if we are a good fit and get to work.

Why Individual Analytic Therapy?
Most therapists have a niche these days. With the abundance of therapists this can sometimes make it easier to find what you are seeking.
However, you are also not just a niche. You are a whole person, seeking support to a complicated life.
Therapy is fundamentally about connection and relationships. There are different and necessary therapeutic approaches to assist with healing.
My approach and expertise is interpersonal and psychoanalytic therapy. Clients I work with reach out when their symptoms (depression, anxiety, trauma, ocd, codependence etc) become too insufferable to manage and they are ready to shed old patterns and move into the aliveness they know they can feel.
